Controller
The controller is the operator named in the imprint. No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no obligation to do so.
Visiting this site
When the site is accessed, the web host (helloly) processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier in log files to ensure operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host acts as processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Data are not transferred to other recipients or to countries outside the EU.
No cookies, no analytics
During test operation this site sets no cookies. From the start of sales, opening a licensed tool sets one technically necessary cookie that holds the licence key until it expires. The site loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers and uses no audience measurement.
Tools
The tools are served from sport-trainer.at by the same operator and compute entirely in your browser. Inputs are neither transferred nor stored in the browser; saved files exist only on explicit click and stay with you. The location feature of Sportcatching works only on request and is neither transferred nor stored.
If you write to us by e-mail, your details are used to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and deleted once the request is completed and no retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at). Please send requests by e-mail.
