Test operation

During test operation there is no commitment to availability, completeness or freedom from errors. Supervision on site and qualified professionals remain decisive for training and safety.

Purpose

The tools serve to plan and evaluate training for healthy people. They are not a medical device, make no diagnosis, predict no injuries and give no clearance to return to sport.

Responsibility

Anyone who leads training remains responsible for choice, supervision and safety — especially with children and young people.

Licence of the tools

From version 0.73, tools and data layers are licensed under the operator's usage licence (earlier versions: MIT licence); the training planner and learning cards are free, all other tools open with a trial or a licence. They are provided without warranty; liability for personal injury, intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

Texts

Technical papers, handbook and book are protected by copyright. Reading, linking and quoting with attribution are free; reproduction and distribution require a licence.

Law

Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The binding terms are the German versions on sport-trainer.at.
